THE PROOF OF SINCERITY IS IN DOING AND NOT JUST KNOWING

Its one thing to make a list of do's and dont's  but it is quite another thing to have a heart for God's ways and a soul that longs to live them out. It's one thing to read about life and another thing to live it. We know a lot about what we should be doing, but we always have a hard time doing it. We should pray that God will enable us to be disciplined enough to do what we need to do. It calls for obedience and having a heart to obey is something we pray for.


Am fairly disciplined in areas concerning my life but I wasn't always that way. There was a time in my life when I was the exact opposite, I really struggled to understand why I was living. I was unable to do things that are good for me because I didn't know if  i was worthy.

I still Remember when I used to see all this beauty in me but didn't even know why I was living day in day out, it made me empty.




I have became disciplined, organized and obedient beyond what I believe are natural capabilities, the people who knew me sometime back now look at me and say how much of a strict and specific person I have become but I do understand because there are many decisions I made that are even beyond my comfort but at the comfort of my God.  I have learnt that obedience is a life long process with new levels of  dimension.



We can never get prideful about how perfectly we are obeying God because He is continually stretching us and asking us to move to new levels of growth. We have  no excuse for not doing what we need to do when God says He will enable us to do it, if we just call upon His help. All we need to say is " God help me to be obedient enough to obey you the way you want me to do as a person you created me to be"
 
" There are specific things God asks each of us to do as individuals in order to move  us into the purpose He has for our lives , " There are different for each one of us .

We all have things we don't want to do. Even in the most wonderful jobs, there are still aspects of it we don't enjoy, but part of being successful in life means doing things we would rather not. When we do things we don't like simply because we know we need to do them, it builds character in us, it makes us disciplined. It forms us into leaders God can trust. And there is always a price to pay when we forsake the things we need to be doing in order to do only the things we feel like doing . We must be willing to make sacrifices for the blessings we want.



When you find it difficult to do the things you  need to be doing, ask the Holy Spirit to help  you. Of course you have to take the first step no matter how daunting, intimidating,dreadful,uncomfortable or distasteful, But when you do, the Holy Spirit will assist you the rest of the way.

God has great plans for you. He has important things He wants you to do and He is preparing your destiny right now, but you have to take steps of obedience in order to get there and you have to trust that He knows the way and He won't hurt you in the process.

God's rules are for our benefit, not to make us miserable. When we live by them, life works. When we don't life falls apart. When we obey we have clarity, when we don't we have confusion thus there is a definite connection between obedience and the love of God. Even though God loves us, we won't sense His love if we walk in disobedience.

"Never keep asking God what You want without asking what He wants"  

You Never know when you will step into the moment for which God has been preparing for you. It is not just one moment  but many successful ones. It doesn't matter if you are single, married, a career person, young or old. God is preparing you daily for something great. He wants you to be willing to let Him purify you, fortify you and grow you up for Him, you can swim into the mainstream of those moments successfully if you are making the right moves Darling !

Its been long, I have missed you just the same way you have missed hearing from me,a lot has happened but  am glad we are back here! Am specifically excited to let you know that I was thinking about you when writing this piece.
