QUIETER LOVE

This script is a Valentine gift to the single, dating ,engaged and married , its definitely yours! 

Its a month full of love and romance. There is always something every one desires when it comes to love. Its one thing to desire and its another thing to have what you desire. Every one has his /her on definition of true love and how best it can be expressed to them,(The love language).  No one ever wishes to be alone, God created us as relationship beings and there is part of us in the inside that always  yearns to belong. The world we are living in at the moment has described love in so many ways and how to know its working for you. You  look at celebrities and admire their love life and want to eliminate them, not knowing why they are in that relationship in the first place. You  look at people who keep on posting their love life on every social media platform and you  feel like every one else is happy out here except you, you look at every one around you  they all seem to be happy and you ask yourself where did l ever go wrong?  Nothing ever seems to work on your side even when you try, its just heartbreak after another. You are so much in confusion and you no longer even understand what the word love is, any time its mentioned to you it reminds you of excruciating pains and sorrows.  You never get what you desire , you always get what this wicked world has to give, which is pain , sorrows and tears.  One thing I want you to know , there is hope for you, And how I wish God could open your eyes to see just what awaits you.

If there is something that I have personally experienced and am still in class being taught more of it by my saviour Jesus Christ is love.  God is love and whoever doesn't know how to love doesn't know God. God is the origin of love and when you go through the book of songs of Solomon you will realise that God Himself is the author of romance. He created the man and he so much knows what the man needs from a woman and He also knows what a woman needs from a man and if that is not the same reason why a man and a woman unite , then love to them will remain a misery .The world has so much corrupted love life and people fall in love for so many reasons some are not even the reason why God wanted man and woman to unite in the first place  and still they expect their love life to work! How?

To understand how to love a woman or a man, we need first to understand the author of romance who is God, we need to have a relationship with Him and learn how to love Him so that the same love He puts in our hearts for Him is the same love we will share to our spouses and people around us. Its not just any kind of love that is conditional, its the kind of love that had Him give Jesus Christ to die on the cross for us to be saved and for us to live, its the kind of love that even when we are faithless He remains faithful, the kind of love that Never loves today and tomorrow says am falling out of love, its the kind of love called the  "selfless love".  That is the  kind of love God has for us and if we love him He puts the same love in our hearts that we can freely give it to others. when the word says husbands love your wives as Christ Loved the church it simply means loving them selflessly like we have been loved in the same way. This is the kind of love that can sustain a marriage, friendships, home and divine relationships . Any time a product is manufactured to carry out a certain purpose and it is not used in that way then misuse is inevitable, in the same way,  If we don't love the way we were designed to love by the author of romance, then heart breaks, divorce, pain and tears is inevitable. How the world perceives love will never work for you, how God made you to give and respond to love is what will work for you. You will experience a fulfilment that doesn't  come from you being in love but from you allowing the author of romance craft that love life. Before He created you  He had already created good  works for you to do, He had your works in mind before He had you in mind. He wrote your love story even before it started and it can only come to pass  if you will stop writing your own love story and you give Him the pen to write it the way He designed it.

Many are the times we have given God every part of our lives expect our love lives, we feel that God doesn't know how  we feel ! What a wrong perception! Delete it from your mind now!  The word say He will be with us up to the end of times,  God knows every detail of your feelings. He waits for a day you will just say lord I give you my love life,  write the way you designed it to be . Its possible to have all your passions under Christ's control if you let Him do it. Its very possible to be so deep in love and still live a pure life in body , mind and spirit that is if you let Christ be the Lord over your love life.

Remember:
The love life of a Christian is a battle Field ,there if now where else it will be determined as to who is Lord; The world,the self and the devil or Lord Jesus Christ.

For God's will to overtake man's will something has to die! The word says: For we who are alive are always being given to death for Jesus 's  sake so that His life may be revealed  in our mortal bodies. For us to have Christ control our passions and love life , our own will has to die so that the will of God may work in our lives , His will for our love life is to be  pure in body,soul and spirit and to handle our passions with kingdom principles .

Having our love life under Christ's control results to a kind of love called the quieter love. This is the kind of love that is not passion, neither is it in conflict with passions  but where passion is held by principles. When an unmarried man feels passionate ,his love for God and the object of passion restrains him ,when a married man feels passionate, and finds out that his wife is not, his quieter love restrains that passion for her sake and for God's sake. When a married woman feels passionate and her husband is not home that quieter love causes  her to wait for her husband rather than looking for satisfaction else where. Christ creates this quieter love in us if we allow Him to. He helps us also live in purity before and after marriage , before marriage involves holding ourselves from one another in obedience to God  and after marriage involves giving ourselves  to each other in obedience to God.

In love there is no feeling that is consistent  day in day out, the  kind of love that sustain a marriage is God given which is a daily choice everyday. Give  Christ your love  life and watch Him script it to the end weather single,dating,engaged or married.
