I remember when I started my weight lose journey last year in October , it wasn't really an easy journey , they were days I woke up and felt like quitting , they were nights I couldn't sleep because of the pain I felt on my body , and also the poor eating habits I had were so addictive that leaving them was like going hungry . The struggle to get to where I wanted was real and the only thing that could keep me going was how bad I wanted the change. sometimes I went to the gym and came back home and kept eating the food's I used to eat and there was no big difference , I remember one day going to the gym and the instructor told me something that change my life since that day " To reach  your body and weight lose goals , 30% is contributed by you constantly working out and 70% is contributed by what you eat " I started the gym when I was 84kg and my BMI was 29.1 which simplified that I was overweight  and that meant being susceptible to many uncertainties ...

YOU is the most important project you will ever invest in. Before i conceived you in your mother's womb i knew YOU. What always stands out for me in this verse is "YOU" . There is no one who exists in this world without the knowledge of God . I remember my mentor once told me , we are never meant for average but to thrive,we are never meant for ordinary life but extra ordinary, to be there, we need to do extra ordinary things that have not been done before, it means to keep doing something you find fulfillment in even when the excitement you had to commence  it is all gone ,it means to remain consistent to feed what sets your heart on fire  and not allowing the storms of life break you down, it means allowing your uniqueness make a difference in the world . Am hoping you enjoyed your Christmas and you cant wait to cross over to 2019 just as i am eagerly waiting on this end. so much has transpired this year and am well aware you have had your high and low moments of the year, they were times you wished  the planet earth would just open and consume you alive and there those times you felt you were walking on the sky. The ups and downs of life is what make you and me appreciate every season of life and learn to be grateful  . Its been long, I have missed you just the same way you have missed hearing from me,a lot has happened but  am glad we are back here! Am specifically excited to let you know that I was thinking about you when writing this piece. You getting to know that who you are cannot be corrupted is so important to me.   If there  is one struggle that many people  go through is being able to bring to  conjunction who you are  and what everyone around you thinks about you.
